The legal profession is practised in accordance with the Greek Code of Lawyers (Law 4194/2013) and the Code of Conduct of the legal profession, under the supervision of the Athens Bar Association (www.dsa.gr), where the texts of those rules are available. This website is a professional presentation in line with the Code of Lawyers' provisions on lawyers' publicity.

2. Purpose of the website

The website is for information only. Its content does not constitute legal advice and does not replace the individual assessment of a matter by a lawyer.

Visiting the website or sending a message does not create an attorney–client relationship. Such a relationship is formed only by express agreement and after a conflict-of-interest check. Please do not send confidential documents before an engagement has been agreed.

The texts, photographs and layout of the website are protected by copyright law (Greek Law 2121/1993). Reproducing, distributing or altering them without prior written permission is not allowed, except for personal, non-commercial use, provided the rights notices are kept.
